Greetings, fellow Lunians! Today, I would like to take a moment to talk about the popstage, "Monster's Counterattack". As Eternal Lunia has just recently opened, everyone's level is low. It will probably be that way for a while, as they aren't going to be a rebirth spam server. How would you clear this event stage without 1-shotting everything then? Read on to find out! You might not be able to deal much damage, but there are two things that can help you: The plants and tree spirit summons. Knowing how and when to use them will greatly increase your chances of success. DO NOT BREAK THE LOGS AT THE START OF THE STAGE. This is a typical plant that can be seen surrounding the house of elf elder. Every time it is attacked, it shoots a cannonball to its front, which deals ~121 damage or so. In the early part of the stage, this will be your main source of damage against the orcs. Its HP is limited, and shoots the same shot regardless of how much damage is dealt. To maximise the benefits from these plants, unequip your weapon, and use only basic attacks on the plants. Avoid standing in front of the plants, as not only will it likely kill you, it wastes shots that could have been used on orcs. Likewise, avoid attacking the plant if someone is standing in front of it. This is a log, found at the bottom of the house of elf elder. DO NOT BREAK THIS AT THE START OF THE STAGE. Breaking it will summon tree spirits surrounding the house of elf elder.
These tree spirits deal around 400+ damage, which is a LOTTA damage. However, they are summoned behind the cannonball-shooting plants, which counts as an enemy. The trees will continuously attack the plants until the plants are dead, and they will die very quickly. Though the trees may be powerful, they have limited HP. As such, it's best not to summon them until they are really needed. In other words, do not break the logs until after the cannonball-shooting plants are already dead. Happy popstaging!
